Service Description

In this 45 minute session we'll review your progress and discuss how the nutrition plan has been working for you. We'll assess any changes in your symptoms, identify what is working well, and address any challenges you may have encountered along the way. Based on this review, we can make any necessary adjustments to fine tune your plan.
